SOUND RECORDING
LIVE STUDIO RECORDING, TRACK-LAYING, SPEECH RECORDING
We have a boutique professional-quality recording facility, ideal for singer-songwriters, acoustic musicians, small bands and voice-over artists recording. We currently have 8-channel digital recording capabilities, with an unlimited number of channels for further tracking and mixing. So we can record up to eight seperate sources simultaneously in a live setting and then as much overdubbing as required.

We have a cosy live space with natural light and wooden floor, and a seperate control room, and can track-lay and do vocals, guide-tracks and speech work in the control room too. A main adavantage of recording here is that you get professional results for much less than the cost of big fancy studios. And if you're lucky you get nice biscuits...

We don’t pretend to be Abbey Road, and we can’t cover all setups but just let us know what your requirements are and we’ll make a plan with you wherever possible. If you have very loud sound sources or are a drums-based outfit, there are some notes that might be useful to you here.

If you would like to hear some examples of what we can produce then please do check out the Sound Examples page. We normally run recording sessions on most days between 10am and 6pm, and 5pm Saturdays, but again, just drop us a line to discuss arrangements. All bookings need to be made in advance.
